I applied for my SBI credit card point redemption for an item. I was told that it will be done in 7 days. I applied for it in the month of November but till now no information has been provided to me. SBI has neither given any correspondence regarding the consignment neither have replied to any of my queries.

I demand a compensation of the consignment cost Rs 3500 and Rs 100 for postage and delivery.
