Nearly last 4-5 years i’m getting calls from SBI cards regarding some due payments.I have never made a card and not used.But they are calling and abusing me over the phone.They also call on my home land line no. and talk to my wife or my mother,father etc.and talk abusive and antisocial behaviour.I had informed this to the vice president mrs. divya dhody via email.After which she assured me for taking action and the phone call stopped coming.She asked me to submit 3 document i.e in 2003 i worked in Convergys services india pvt. ltd.-Release letter,my voter id and a written letter that i have not used the card along with my signature.I only submitted my voter id …but i didn’t submit any other thing.I got another call after that to verify my details in which the person told me fathers name wrong.. He told me that someone has tampered the data with my details.They didn’t do anything on this and they still calling me and harrasing me for money.

I’m very much disturbed as well as my family.A person has come to my house also from sbi to note down my address..They harrassed us very badly.

I want a strict action has to be taken against SBI card itself…of harrassing me without enquiring properly.Also i don’t want these calls.
