I have opened a savings bank account in SBI, Hyderabad Public School Branch with A/C no.10421842989 (this new number was given after few years and now valid) in the year 1995. after few years SBI introduced Debit cards for withdrawing money from ATM. i have applied for the Debit Card and it was not issued to me. several times i have gone to bank and requested concerned officer to look into the matter. i have registered my grievance on SBI website also. but no result. SBI also charges some money annually for the services of the bank.

This account was used as salary account before introducing ATMs. due to the non issue of ATM card i was forced to change my salary account to Axis bank. the same account was given for Income Tax department also to receive my tax refunds. i have suffered mentally and physically due to this inability to draw money from SBI ATMs. I am now using online transaction to transfer my money from SBI to Axis bank account and using Axis Bank ATM to draw the money.revert the service charges collected from my account so far and pay damages Rs.10000 for the agony suffered by me.

I request the SBI, Hyderabad Public School Branch to issue a valid Debit card immediately and pay the damages for the agony caused to me by their negligence and irresponsibility.
