hat I have applied 120 shares of Rural Electrification Corporation on dated 21.02.2008, and paid Rs. 12600/-. The company has allotted me only 60 Equity Shares. The Confirmation Letter has been sent to me vide Allotment Advice No. 234944. But the refund for Rs. 6300/- has not been credited to my Bank Account No. 01190005766 (Old) & 10067752314 (New), State Bank of India, B.O. Gopal Nagar, Majitha Road, Amritsar. I have visited several times in my bank and requested for credit a sum of Rs. 6300/- but no one has listen my complaint. In this regard, I wrote several letters to the company as well as Securities & Exchange Board of India and company’s Registrar to the Issue M/s. Karvy Computershare and I have also made telephonic conversation with the officials of M/s. Karvy Computershare and they advise me that firstly I will check my account and obtain the Statement of Account and if the entry has not been credited to my account, thereafter, the Confirmation Certificate for non-receipt of payment may be applied to the bank. After the advise of Company’s Registrar, I have applied to my banker for obtaining the Statement of A/c. on dated 08.06.2013 and bank has charged a sum of Rs. 204/- as Account Statement charges from my above account. After detailed studying it has found that no entry of Rs. 6300/- has been credited to my account. On dated 19.06.2013, I have applied to the bank for issuing of Certificate of Confirmation regarding non-receipt of entry of Rs. 6300/- in my bank account alongwith my Statement of Account and the bank has charged a sum of Rs. 102/- from my account. The company’s Registrar to the Issue M/s. Karvy Computershare have also replied me vide their Letter No. R/KCPL/REC/SEBI/13 dated 11.06.2013 that the balance amount of Rs. 6300/- was credited through ECS to my above said account on 12.03.2008 and the said transaction has processed with RBI Sequence No. 1000293028 and they has also supplied me the copy of their Banker’s confirmation. After this, I submit all the documents to my banker but they have not redress my complaint. The issuing bank (HDFC Bank Limited) has also issued a letter No. CMS/ECS/2011/027, dated 09.07.2013 to State Bank of India, CCPC, Town Hall, Amritsar for crediting the amount in my account (Copy enclosed). When my banker’s has refused to listen my redressal, I have made complaint to the higher officials of the bank. After the investigation, the bank has located the entry of Rs. 6300/- and credit the same in my account on 25.10.2013.
