I am Mohammed Afzal Basha, a resident of secunderabad, have applied for education loan to Trimulgiri Branch of secunderabad for my master’s Education in Germany. I started applying for the loan on 10th of july and it took 20 days for me to submit it,it was just because, the loan sanction officer will sometimes be either on leave or not in good mood to accept it. I kept on made a note to her that i have my Visa interview on 12/08/2013 and i should be able to produce the loan sanctioned letter to them. I gave my full documents to the loan Sanctioning officer on 27/08/2013, and then she said it will take 15 days for it to get sanctioned and now it is more than one week, i found my document is still with her on her desk, she has not forwarded it or not started process till now and now, she is again on leave for more than 20 days and she will be back on 22/08/2013. The branch manager says, he has nothing to do with it, he says he doesn’t know where the file is kept, so, he won’t do anything. That lady- the Loan sanctioning officer is not picking any calls made to her and not giving proper answer. Sir, it is my career issue, i have waited for the admission for 3 years from that university and i have got that, i have resigned my job for this opportunity, i will be over if i can’t make it, my Visa interview is on 12/08/2013, please make something happen or else my career will be ruined. It will be ruined by just Irresponsible Behavior of the SBI Staff.Sir, please every day counts a lot for me.
