I had converted 3emi in to flexipay For which 3 payment should come but they are taking 6 payments sice last December . I had given them complain on mail but there is no satisfactory reply from there side . I went to RBI ombudsmen but there also i did not get satisfactory reply.

Now there payment is coming 24,000. Instead of giving me good explanation. They have given my name in CIBIl.I am attaching the payment and expenditure excel for your reference

My name should be removed from. Proper checking should be done of the statement . I am ready to pay the dues balance on me.
