Xolo – Mobile Display Dead within warranty period asking money by centre

This is to inform that i have bought the Xolo A500 S IPS Mobile Phone for the IMEI No: 911350450344640 & 911350450444648 from Snapdeal on 13/12/2013 for the price of 6677/- for the order Id:1506746961, The Mobile fone was fine but from the day one i had issues with the mobile touch screen display. And finally after 20 days the display has dead completely. For the same after lot of struggle i found the service center in chennai and took the mobile phone for service on 11/01/2014 at Xolo Care F1 Info Solutions & Services C/O I Globe Systems Pvy Ltd No:36A, Railway Colony 3rd Street Nelson Manikam Road Choolaimedu, Chennai-600029 and the Service contact phone number will be 044-43216911. After waiting for more than 3 hours in the service Enter the Service person named Mr.Palani informed that the Display has gone and need to be sent to banglore for replacing in warranty and informed it will take 22 days to get back. I agreed and handed over the phone to the service center for further work, in the mean while i received a phone call on 13/01/2014 from the service centre stating that the mobile has liquid damage and for replacing the display it will cost 1300/- and informed me that it wont cover under in the warranty. I am shocked to hear that since my mobile phone is brand new and not even used for a month and according to my knowledge i know my mobile phone is not contacted with any liquid and that’s why i went to the service centre but now they are informing the false information to earn money by cheating customers and they are telling if not willing to pay get back the mobile phone. Kindly help for the same.

I want my mobile phone to be serviced under warranty that is enough and does not need any thing from them and kindly help for the same because this is the final option for the justice.
