my saving ac/ no. is 30039484948. the amount rs. 39000.00 was debited through auto sweep from this account to deposit the sum in saving plus account.but in saving plus account this amount is not credited so not visible in internet banking portal.i have visited the branch in this regard but my problem was not shorted out.i also tried to contact through sms services, telephone and mail but sbi system does not solved my problem till date.branch manager told me to revisit the branch to solve matter. since,this is a fault of banking system so i do not want to revisit the branch due to scarce of time.

(i)to short out my above problem. (ii)compensation of rs.5000.00
