The Bank Sanctioned House Loan to Smt. Sarswati Devi Loan account Number 3074198336, and after that they asked for a one time premium of Rs. 43000 for insurance policy but when we refused for that,the bank deducted Rs.94518 from the loan account without our consent, and sent the insurance policy by post, after that we applied for the cancellation of insurance policy, but the bank refunded only half of the amount and now again the on November 14, 2014 the bank deducted Rs 3201, and when we contacted the branch manager, he said that the insurance in compulsory and it covers any damage to the house but he did not issued any insurance policy for that.

Since the amount was deducted from the loan account, it increased the outstanding balance, and we visited the branch many times but they said that Rs. 47000 can not be refunded but they did not gave any written details for that also.
