I am an NRI. I have applied for home loan last year 2012 from Vikhroli branch Mumbai after lots of struggling i finally got pre sanction loan on the basis of Salary. I came on May 2013 for property lookout. I finalised 1BHK property in Ambernath and submitted the registration copy to my Branch Manager in Vikhroli. Still my loan is not approved. Infact RACPC Ghatkopar has lost my file. I have submitted one more file with the help of my builder and Now they are giving excuses that lots of work ,staff is less and all.
