Respected Sir, I, Hiral Bharatkumar Desai, hereby submit the following for your perusal and necessary action. My father late shri. Bharatkumar. D. Desai (Retired from State Bank of Saurashtra, Sp. Industrial Finance Branch, Kalanala, Bhavnagar,Gujarat now the same branch shifted to Nilambag chauk,Bhavnagar) has taken housing loan jointly with me of Rs. 4.25 (four lacs and twenty thausands only) from the above mentioned branch. Housing loan account number for the same is 66009144499. As per latest SBI housing loan policy, I along with my late father shri. B.D.Desai are paying the EMI (with interest rate of 12%) for which bank has kept Fixed Deposit of Rs.600000/- (Rupees Six lacs only) TDR No 00000066020949578 with the same branch. I had submitted the requisite form follow up by Cheque No 514744 of State Bank Of India, Someshwar Complex Branch, Ahmedabad 380 015, Gujarat to convert this into Housing loan under present scheme of lower interest rate. I am not getting any response from any source despite my trying through a) Personal visit to SBI Sp. Industrial Finance Br. Nilambag, Bhavnagar in the 1st week of September-2012 b) SMS Service “UNHAPPY” that I had sent on dated 04-October-2012 Index No AHM-45271. c) Other sources d) Communication with DGM, Customer Care, SBI also We had approached to SBI Ambawadi Branch, Ahmedabad which deals with Home loans specifically and there, they told to submit the form to the native branch from where the Home loan is taken. (i.e. Kalanala Sp. Ind. Finance Branch, Bhavnagar). Despite of no answer from anybody from SBI, I then approached to Deputy General Manager, Customer Care, SBI and mailed them the complete details. They instructed respective branch to act earliest in the matter but till today, in spite of repetitive reminders to DGM also, nothing has moved so far. The complete email communication with DGM, Customer Care, SBI is attached herewith as an attachment for your reference. Beside that, if you require any further information from my side, I am ready to provide it. Sir, my ONLY intention is the work gets to be done. It is already more than 3 months gone and matter is not being moved. I sincerely hope that I will get due response earliest from you in the above matter.
