Dear Sir, I had submitted duly filled education loan form with all documents to UCO BANK BARAHIYA Branch at 15 Sept. 2012 as instructed by the branch manager, but not gotten the same till now because I was not given 10 % bribe to the corrupt manager despite that I am a student of BA LLB (H) of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi and admitted on the basis of my All India Rank : 1535 of Common Entrance Test taken by the University against 69.5 % of 15 % of total sanctioned intake allocated for outside Delhi regions general category students. So, I made an online complaint to the Customer Grievances – hopgr.calcutta@ucobank.co.in at 10:41 PM of 15 Oct. 2012 because neither loan was sectioned nor any reason was given to me in the 1 month. AT 14 Nov. 2012, The corrupt manager reply was given to me via patna zonal office, and it was nothing but only to cover the stigma at any cost. Of course, so, he has taken almost 1 month to prepare his answer. Then I forward that all with my revert to the assistant general manager head office at 10:14 PM of 14 Nov.2012 . But till now, I have not gotten any reply from the assistant general manager. More than 90 days have been passed but I have not gotten any thing. All these are unbearable to me. For survive, I have to teach till 12 mid night now days, in spite of my university exam. is going on. All of these are going at the cost of my health because I would have to use AMITONE (ANTI DEPRESSANT) AND NAXDOM. But all of these are nothing to UCO Bank officers, Because all of them are permanently secured and all of them know that this is the india where nothing would happen against the corrupt and the corruption. For them, income from corruption is the public gob right and salary is the only bonus for them.
