Kotak mahindra bank – no service from customer care

I want to bring your kind attention that an agent of Kotak mahindra bank contacted me in the month of July’12 to open an account with Zero balance Facility.During the process of opening an account i asked him every time i.e is it a Zero balance account?and every time he response me in affirmation. Also I deposited One thousand rupees in my account which with interest became 1004.00,but on 31/Dec/12 i got SMS that my balance is Rs 161.30 instead of 1004.00. Then I contacted with bank’s call-center they told me that your account is not a Zero balance account and also you have not maintained minimum Rs 50,000 that’s why bank deduct the penalty from your account balance. This is the shear case of Fraud from bank’s agent. I want my money back to my account and also appeal on behalf of other cheated customers to take action against such cheap deeds of bank.
