Sir/Madam, I have been a member of SBI-IRCTC Credit Card since 28.11.2012. My Membership number is 21226027179. As per the offer any member can earn 350 Activation Bonus Reward Points on spend of more than Rs 500 within 45 days of card issuance and further 1 Reward Point for every Rs 125 spent by using the Credit Card. As of Sept-2013 I have spent more than Rs. 1,69,461/- and have been promptly paying the bill without having a single default in advance payment of bill. Thus, I had earned more than 6156 purchase reward points (please refer attached files ‘loyalty-1’ & ‘loyalty-2’). But to my surprise, on 03.09.2013, 5,660 nos. of reward points have been illegally deducted from my account and now it is only showing balance 496 points. (please see attached file ‘uk-1.jpg’). Since 03.10.2013 I have been written a number times to the e-mail IDs feedback@sbicard.com; irctc.support@sbicard.com; CustomerServiceHead@sbicard.com; Nodalofficer@sbicard.com ; shubhyatra@irctc.co.in; requesting them to return the illegally deducted rewards points, but they are just neglecting for giving any response.
