Sir This is reference to the Loan account no: 10239651185 Medical College(02419), Rs.: 2188 INR has been debited from my account dated 8-Oct-2013 in account of General Insurance. Please find the attached Account Statement verifying the same. When enquired with the Branch Manager of Medical College Branch for the above problem on 12-Oct-2013, he told me that the amount was debited by the system on 8-Oct-2013, but it has been credited again to the account on 11-Oct-2013, but the amount is not credited in my account as showed in the internet banking statement attached by me. On asking why the amount is debited, Branch Manager said that this is the system error and not provided me with any satisfactory explanation regarding this. Kindly register my complaint and provide me with the appropriate answer as soon as possible for the following problem. 1. Why the amount is debited from my account? 2. If the account is credited then why it is not showed up in my net banking account statement. 3. If it is system error then who is liable for this. 4. Who will account for the more interest (if any) that I will have to pay due to the system error? 5. Why there is discrepancy in the internet banking used by me and the bank’s internet banking.
