sir i am working as sbilife insurance co ltd.my sbilife code 17381437. sir I have sales ulip policy lost 6yrs. i am sale the policy surrender the customer policy customer not come office.now they told customer come office. customer busy .they sign the letter and give the set of documents. the sbi life not accept the letter.then the next problem in ulip policy they have taking fundmanagement charges.but they have not fund management. they have parking the money to bond funds. i am told gauranteed nav plan.iam asking my manager they told maturity time the return high we not able to customer. pls kidly enquiry this problem. any officials in irda with my language Tamil pls call. i am detailed explanation.
