SBI MISGUIDING TO THE CUSTOMER/PUBLIC

Respected Banking sector is a public dealing sector and give complete customer satisfaction. But an SBI staff not satisfy the customer services and give misguiding answer to customers. I have never thought that type of foolish things done by SBI one of the largest bank. I have lodge one complaint to sbi headquarter ahemdabad(helpline.lhoahm@sbi.co.in) on dated 16/1/2013 and lodge a complaint via sbi portal (docket number- CS33217455483) But no reply i will get until today. So I will lodge complaint through via this portal. I hope for a good reply and waiting for your answer. My complaint Myself Satyen Mehta, sbi account no 20070617862 maintained in alkapuri branch, Vadodara. I have complaint regarding your SBI Staff of alkapuri branch. I have visited alkapuri branch on dated 29/12/2012 for requirement of SBI International and Shopping Card. But She told me first surrender old debit card then issue a new card. But in another branches, SBI Staff has easily give without any problem. This type of misguiding is wrong to SBI Customer. Then I have told to transfer my SBI account from this branch to another branch then she replied me to transfer of account is not possible, you have to firstly close this account then open a new account in another. Whatever I am knowledge regarding this SBI has given a facility to transfer account from one branch to another in a very easy manner. Why then she denied to do this work. This is very embarassing to me and sbi customer. Your sbi staff not give good reply and favourable reply to customer. From this type of misguiding , only a problem to SBI because SBI goodwill is lost. I want to know from which SBI rule she told me not to transfer account and not issue debit card.

my relief is only if we are dealing with public then the reply given by any staff is a correct according to norms and not misguiding to Indian public. If a staff work in an any head office branch , where lot of public deal with bank staff, there only knowledgeable staff be required.. please think about the future of banks. How their staff deal with INDIAN PUBLIC.
