Failed payment to passport fresh apply not refunded
Dear Sir , i have paid passport application form fee online through debit card bank of baroda Rupay card but due to any technical error payment deduct my account but not confirm and massage show “internal server error” for this application ref no. 17-0005101010. at dated 11 april 2017 approx time 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm, but the money is not refunded till now( 25 april 2017). and this condition bank not any massage deliver my registered no. after entry i confirm amount deducted . Please refund deducted money. transaction amount Rs.1512.75/-. this transaction any number not generate and i have track payment so display failed transaction . please solve this issues….thanks name nivesh jain
