I, Krishnendu Barman, am a Saving Account Holder Of SBI(Mecheda Branch,PURBA MEDINIPUR, WEST BENGAL 721137, IFSC Code- SBIN0003695). My account number is 305226XX460.I have internet banking facility in my account. On 21-jan-2015 transferred Rs-5000/- to Pubali Das (SBI Account – 31646CC7065) using internet banking facility(Description – MB02 020373160110 MR PUBALI DAS, REF NO – 2399725044301). But after this transaction, another unwanted transaction(Description – MB02 030370741867 MR PUBALI DAS, REF NO – 3199367044307) was placed automatically and the debited amount of RS- 5000/- from my account not credited to account of Pubali Das(SBI Account – 3164XX87065). So, I Contact with my home branch. But They told me that the transaction was placed. But there is Rs- 5000/- neither in my account nor account of Pubali Das. Please, Check the details and please do something as soon as possible so that I will received my Ruppes (Rs – 5000/-).
