Sir,

I have bought a property in kolkata from State Bank of India – SBI (arising out SARFESI Act implementation on an NPA account) on May’2010 through tender process, and paid in full. The sale letter says the property is free from any litigation or encumberances but till date they have neither given me possession of the property nor any deadline time. Only consolation. my money is blocked for the last 30 months, no interest paid or accumulated till date.Can I sought any help from yourself in this regard.They say that due to litigation the delay is happening.
