i am holding a saving bank account with SBI with the account no 30061357151 and on the name of vikas singh basera. An amount of rs 1,16864.52 was illegally debited from my account on account of some POS purchase which on the name of Target Canada without my knowledge. on further clarification from nearest SBI Branch it was revealed that my SBI debit Card has been used for the aforesaid transaction, but the same was there with me. as I m in army and due to contingency of service I was not able to contact my branch at the earliest. the incident happened on 23 mar 2014 when I was posted in katra( J&K). further it was revealed that such illegal transaction has taken place with few other Army officer as well as Air force officers and the transaction well all directed to Canada.Particular series of GOLD Debit card linked to our salary account have been compromised. its been about a month and more no satisfactory response has been recvd by me from either the bank or customer care where I have already lodged the complain. I have been continuously in conversation with my branch that is in Indira nagar lucknow but no satisfactory response is provided. kindly guide me to recover my amount as this failure is not due to my fault

I want that the above mentioned amount should be refunded to me at the earliest
