The bank not exhibited the D.D. application forms at any place in the bank premises on 19.12.2013 The Manager and Staff refused to issue at least form to fill for Demand Draft on 19.12.2013. When approached the Concerned official. They told that they are not issuing draft on that day due to shortage of staff. As senior citizen I prayed but they refused.

I mentally worried as the drafts are essential to produce at Vizag on the next day itself to Nac Tech NASSCOM MUMBAI Exam of my daughter and son who arrived from Rajahmundry TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION AT VIZAG. I IMMEDIATELY RAN TO ANOTHER BANK SITUATED AND 3 K.M. DISTANCE FROM THE ABOVE BANK AT THE PEAK HOURS. I SUFFERD with Mentalagony

Appropriate action on the bank responsible persons for not providing proper service on 19.12.l2003. and sufficient compensation as deemed fit
