this is in regards to my bill regarding my vodafone no 9953739717 with which i never had asked for a net connection . the company however started charging for the same in my post paid bill accounts from june 13 i visited regarding the same to their customer care which assured me that my complain had been forwarded to the centre in writing to my horror i came to know that ( one month later ) from their next bill that no such thing had been ever reported in writing when i called the customer care they shameless after keeping me waiting for about 10 minutes told me to pay the internet bill again for july month ( june bill i did pay) i even have mailed and written around 10 times to the appellate centre but they do not even reply back on time ,nor do they give me a complain no.Every time on one pretext or the other they are increasing the internet charges which i have never used and asking me to pay the same i asked them to give me the details of my usage which they fail to provide they say it was a promotional offer for which they are charging my question is how can they charge me for an offer which i have neither accepted( my sim does not support sms facility) not used.
i want them to correct the bill the appellate to be sorry and judicial in their approach pay me for the harassment and mental tortures caused at @18% for the last two months
