Dear Sir, I’m an account holder of above mentioned bank & branch since January 2012. I have SMS banking facility in my account since ever, around 8 months ago I request for changing the mobile number used for SMS alerts, but it didn’t change. Again 2-3 months before I request for the same and this it succeeded. Main problem is that still I’m unable to receive alert of any of my transactions. Rs.15/- deducted from my a/c quarterly. I didn’t receive any SMS for around 8 months and they charge every time for having SMS banking facility. My a/c are as below: Name- ABUL MUSA MUSTAFA RAHMANI. A/C No- 32140902397. Branch code- 0009. Mobile No- 8882763662
As I mentioned above Rs.15/- is deduced from my a/c for this facility, actually I’m not availing the the same. they unnecessarily charged every time. I complained about the issue in branch in person and they told that problem will be solved, but it didn’t.
I just want resolve this problem as soon as possible. Its just not fare to charge someone for any service and not providing the same. I want my Rs.30/- back to my a/c which is charged unnecessarily as soon as possible.
