On 11/04/2014 Rs 10000 and Rs 12000 (total Rs 22000) have withdrawn from my account -Acc No- 31114704689 home branch-SBI,Kalpakkamthrough ATM at Kharghar,Mumbai.The debit card was with me and I was at office on this day.Same day evening I started journey to my home town-Kundil thoduvil-H,Palakkad-PO,Malappuram,Kerala-67364 and I noticed the problem on 15/04/2014 when trying to withdraw the money from ATM of SBI Kondotty branch. Understanding the forgery I called the bank and mailed the complained to bank e-mail. Following Bank blocked my card. On arrival at Kalpakkam on 19/04/2014, I lodged written complained to Mr.Samuval,Deputy Manager-cash of SBI kalppakkam along with account statement. He has given the ATM id No and asked me to call the toll free No 1800112211 to rise complaint. When I was calling to the customer care they told they cannot raise such complaint and contact branch. Seeing my mail again Mr Samuval called me on 25/04/14 and told me that he cannot raise the complaint and asked to me lodge the complaint such a way that when withdrawing from the ATM money is not dispensed but debited from account. He assured me he will solve the complaint on getting the complaint No. After that I contacted him so many times regarding the status and my money. And even I asked whether I lodge police complaint. He replied the problem solved by next week, no need to lodge police complaint, and if actual money withdrawal is happened bank will raise the complaint. But still the time no action, no communication from bank and the money is not refunded.

Three times of amount including lost money for relief for above mentioned consequences.
