I have booked a used Scorpio car, Model: SLE BS IV vehicle number DL 12 CA 3142 with this mahindra first choice dealer on dated :11th June, 2014.I have deposited the sum of INR 25,000 as the booking advance money. When this dealer listed the used Scorpio car on mahindra first choice website, the car model mentioned was “Scorpio SLE BS IV Sept. 2012” (I have attached the screenshot of the car listed) but when we asked for the registration certificate of the car for further loan processing by the bank. We were shocked to found that originally car model was “LX” not “SLE BSIV”. LX is the lower model then SLE and there is a difference of around 1 Lacs on the Ex-showroom cost. Agent showed us few local accessories within the car and tried to convince us that car has been upgraded to SLE model. When we asked him to cancel the deal, he said we won’t be getting the booking money refunded i.e. 25,000.

We want our booking money of INR 25,000 to be refunded since it was taken on fake information.
