I have selected BSNL mobile Number on 08 01 2012 as per the advertisement given by the BSNL through internet. I have been allotted the PIN CODE: FANCY2093046 FOR MOBILE NUMBER 9488266999. As per the scheme I have to approach the CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE withi 72 hours with relevant documents along with the requisite fee of Rs. 827/-. But when I approached the CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE OF BSNL at II nd Line Beach, Chennai -600 001 I was deprived of the chance of getting the said number. I, therefore, request to redress my grievance.
