I have a Reliance prepaid lifetime connection No. 9330906725. Some days back I found that Cricket update is activated without my consent and Rs 10/00 has been deducted (@ Rs. 5/00 per day). After complaining in customer care the person concerned has deactivated the service and refunded me Rs. 10/00. But, in the next day the same service has been activated again and balance deduction has also started. Total Rs. 40/00 has been deducted till now and the balance in my account is Rs. minus ten and paise thirty only at present. Now, I want to get rid of this problem. Please help me.
