Dear Sir,

I hereby humbly request you that I have submitted an application from NOC from Birla Sunlife Insurance from where I have resigned from my agency.
I have not done any business under my agency for Birla Sunlife Insurance and a copy of the same was sent to you earlier.

Instead of sending NOC they have sent me “Show Cause Notice”, your are therefore requested to please interfare in the abovesaid matter, so that I may obtain ‘NOC’ from the abovesaid organisation.

I have gone there to give my resignation letter personally and also sent resignation by registered post with ref. no. 5293 dt. 18.3.2010 & ref. no. 6956 dt. 19.04.2010. But they are not accepting my resignation and not issuing me
NOC and continuously creating trouble for me by calling me and giving notices to me.
So I want your help to resolve my problem and help me to get NOC from abovesaid organisation.
