Despite activating DND more than a year back I continue to get promotional message from BSNL as well as various companies offering ringtones, jokes etc. Two latest SMS being from TA-Levis, a chakrata road, dehradun based showroom on 24/02/2010 at 16:06Hrs and other from BP-52906 on 25/02/2010 at 17:20 Hrs. Reported this matter to BSNL call centre but their approach is too casual. Kindly initiate severest punitive action at the earliest, so that this would act as a good precedence, so that no customer is harassed in future.
