sendmy gift.com – Order Not Delivered

My order ID at sendmygift.com is 145052287 This order was placed on 12th February 2016 This order was supposed to be delivered to my sister ‘Deepa in Noida. Expected time for delivery was given as ‘within 5 to 7 days’ This order has not been delivered yet, moreover when I login at sendmygift.com and check the status of order then the status is shown delivered although nothing has been delivered till date.

I have called their consumer support portal at least 10 times till date and everyday they give same stereotype responses but do nothing about it. following are their responses: 1. Sir, your order has been delivered 2. When I stress that order has not been delivered and start scolding then they say: sorry sir for the wrong status, it is due to technical fault and we are working in it. 3. We apologies for delay and we have escalated this and you should receive the shipment with compensation within 24 to 48 hours. Every day they make this promise and do nothing on it and actually ignoring my calls.

1. Order should be delivered with compensation in next 24 hours 2. Or they should provide a full refund with a compensation. 3. I want to know that Why have I yet not received a mail and even an invoice of my order even after 25 days and multiple calls requesting the same. As far as I know as per government rules it’s mandatory for any seller to provide an invoice. Strict action should be taken against them for this breach.
