While checking through online tracking system on 25-5-2017, the comments were shown as “The consignment status cannot be displayed. Kindly contact booking office.” Surprisingly, since then there is no further change of this statement. This morning while checking once again of the present status of the Consignment No. MCU508441068 dated 23-5-2017 with your Kolkata Booking Office over the phone, to my utter surprise; I came to know that the envelope has been sent back by your Kolkata Office to your Mumbai Office without my knowledge, approval and intimation. On earlier occasions, the letters or envelopes were delivered at my residential address by your Chinsurah Branch Office without fail. Prior to send back, the Kolkata Branch Office ought to have contacted me or the Chinsurah Branch Office. Please note that our area is not a rural area. It’s more than the status of a mega city. Please justify your views at the earliest. Henceforth, we will think twice prior to send any letter through Professional Courier. PLEASE EXPEDITE DELIVERY OF THE ENVELOPE.
