Service Disconnected.

Sir,
I bought a airtel 3g sim recently # 9840135610 The connection is barrred. When I contacted customer case it is mentioned that the service is blocked since the verification is negitive. During the first time verification I was not available due to emergency and I have clearly requested to come on saturday which doesnt have reply. I have requested customer care to arrange for re verification and they said they will be arranging it soon. I have clearly mentioned that the verification can come on saturday / sunday or before 9 30 AM on weekdays. This time the verfication person hasnt come at all and they are saying that reverification is completed and I am not available. They are saying that they have come in afternoon and I am not available. This is ridiculous that they havent come on the time given and second is , it is common sense that any person who is working cannot be available during the office hours. If I come to verification during their office times will they be available at their home? Its a loss to my business for thinking to take service from a worst indian company.
