Service of Lenevo mobile K3 Note

Dear Sir, I have given my Lenovo mobile to “We care mobile service” Info city Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, SRIN2481 605040010 and IMEI NO- 8684160 25051375. Product Model-K50a40 IN 16G BL which has carry-in time 2016-05-04 15:15:51 and same is under warranty. customer complain code:C0027-upgrade/Inspection. Needed to under fault code:P0024-Software only. However till today each every persons replying different and persons are also different those who have no any knowledge about problem. Since one month about to complete ,two times i. e. On last saturday dt 21/05/2016 were given to final delivery of my mobile phone dully repaired, but when I attend personally at care center, replied 100% shall be delivered. According to time given for Monday I went at care center, than replied that Some parts have been not available, and tell after few days. Today when I dialed to care center NO-07940065160, they have again for next Tuesday or Wednesday . No one is giving clear feedback Kindly Instruct from your level that such type of carelessness towards complaint of customer. Even no one is calling back, but they are informing to me that call after sometime. Is it real sense of Lenevo Service ? If this care center is not able to giving me back dully repaired mobile by Monday.i.e 30th of this month, than i shall be constraint take actions through either police stations or consumer forum. Also reply me today itself immediately on my cell no and mail ID given, otherwise , I shall understand that my complain is taken as granted from your end to approach either police or consumer forum.
