Please find the details.. on 31 Dec 13 I purchased silverM but due to the market fall branch is squared of the position at day low price but as per the share khan system and costumer care executive discussion, automatically system is doing square off if loss is about 70% but in my case position is squared off at lowest prices. how system is squared of at more than 120% loss and I losses more than 1.8 Lakhs due to the branch mistake Please investigate the issues and do the needful on priority..
