This is with reference to my complaint no.919176 dated 12.4.16 and reminder on 15.4.2016.(Lodged through toll free no.18004254322) to SHARP AC PLANT COMPANY.

I have purchased a Sharp inverter split ac plant 1.1 ton capacity (Model no.AHX13PET (sl.no.140713538) on 13.5.2015 from m/s MADURAI AIRCON,Madurai 625018. While purchasing I was assured of 4 free services in one year. But till date not even one service has been done by the company. When I contacted the seller, he advised me to register a complaint in the above toll free number. Idid so, and I was informed that service mechanic will with in 24 hours to my residence. But no body turned up till 15.4.2016,hence I again called the toll free number and reminded the matter.This time I was informed that the service mechanic has been arranged and he will attend very soon, BUT IN VAIN. Therefore I filed a complaint through E mail to “sharpservice007@gmail.com” on 24.4.16 an requeste to arrange for a free service and to attend the low cooling issue, for which I GOT A REPLY MAIL STATING THAT THE SHARP SERVICE TEAM WOULD ATTEND SOON.But no body turned up, so again I sent a reminder mail on 29.4.2016.Tillnow there is no response from the company side.I feel being fooled/betrayed by the company.
But now I feel very bad with this kind of treatment to the customer.
I request your good self to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful so that I shall get all the four free service that I am entitled from the ompany and also attend to the cooling problem..
