On 5-01-2014, my wife, Isha Mehra Seth, paid Sheoran Packers and Movers a sum of Rs 10,112 at Amritsar for delivering a bike, a helmet and two boxes of books to my door-step at 406, Hill Mist Garden, NIBM Road, Kondhwa, Pune. First of all, the bike was not delivered at the designated address (it was dropped at Kharadi, 14 Km away), which caused me tremendous inconvenience. Secondly, there was no protective packaging done as promised on the bike, which has resulted in extensive damage to the bike. Finally, the helmet and bike handle mirrors are also missing.

The company must compensate us for the sheer negligence it has displayed in dispatching its commitment, causing us not only economic losses, but also bringing tremendous amount of agony and inconvenience.
