In the month of Nov. 2013, i had purchased the Resume Flash Service of Shine.Com and had agreed for Auto Withdrawal from my Credit Card for the agreed amount. To my surprise, although,there were two withdrwals of Rs. 665.66 in the month of Nov. and Dec. but, I did not received any update from Shine.Com regarding the Resume Flash Services. On 29/Jan/2014, post confirmation from M/S Shine.com that they have not received any payment for the services; i shared my Credit Card Statements with them which clearly indicated the deduction of the aforementioned amount and requested them to refund the same, also to stop the Auto Withdrawal from my Credit Card Acc. with immediate effect. After sending multiple reminders to M/S Shine.com and much dilly-dallying on the thier part, i recieved an email on 24/Feb/2014, confirming the initiation of the refund. Altough,refund had been initiated in the month of Feb. but it was only a partial withrawal i.e there had been six Auto withdrawals of Rs. 332.83 each but, only a refund for three Auto Withdrawals was credited to my account.Moreover, there was another withdrawal in the month of Feb. of Rs. 332.83. On 17/Mar/2014, i had the send another email sharing the aforementioned facts and requested them to clear the outstanding dues and stop the Monthly Auto Withdrawal of Rs. 332.83, or else i would not be left with no option but to approach the Consumer Court. But, since then I have not received any response from them and moreover, there have been two Auto Withdrawal of Rs. 332.83 in the Month of March and April 2014.

1) A Written Apology from M/S Shine.com for its inefficient service. 2) Refund of the Outstanding Amount of Rs.1664.15, along with the compensation for the anguish undergone as decided my the Hon’ble Consumer Court. 3) Immediate Stoppage of Auto Withdrawal every from my Credit Card Account every month Rs.332.83.
