I have called just dial for laptop repair services and as I drop my call I got called from the SHIVA SOLUTIONS for laptop repair who promised me to send an engineer to my address to repair laptop and price for repair was told to me 400 only. Their engineer named BALJIT came at my home he checked my laptop and took it away to their shop promising that it will be returned by evening. I got no calls from them they keep me delaying and I was calling them everyday. Finally on 6th day they replied my call and told me that they will return laptop but it requires an IC to be replaced which is worth 1500. I requested them to keep it as it is but they told me without it the laptop will not work then I requested them to lower the rates they lowered it to 1300. I got it back after at least 7 days, the person who delivered me named AVNEET then I found that they have taken out my original battery worth 6000. Its been almost 3weeks I am asking for my battery but they are delaying me everyday. I have been calling them everyday and they promise me they will send the battery today, the person whom I spoke with named KAVYA. After this much of time I found that they have not done a single piece of work in my laptop because it still have the same trouble which was earlier when I sent them to repair. They have taken my original battery, didn’t repaired my laptop, took extra 1300 and I am being mentally tense since then by calling them everyday and the fact that I have lost 7300. I have approached POLICE and have provided them a complaint in written as well,they have told me its a matter of consumer forum.

I want my original battery back, and at least a refund of 2000 so that I can repair my laptop at any other service center.
