On 01-07-2013, engineer Jitender Kumar from Shiva Solutions had come with screen for a different laptop repair, i talked to him if my other laptop Sony Vaio could be treated as it is not working. He inspected the laptop and said there is motherboard problem and said the laptop would take around 7 days to get repaired. So after doing all the needful paper work , the laptop was taken. Now it has been nearly over a month, the laptop has not been received back, i have been trying to call them however they keep lying that we have send it across and it would take some more time. Now when i called them yesterday about the same they said the laptop hasn’t been repaired so i told them please give it back however till date it hasn’t been received and they are paying no heed to the calls.

I would only like to get my laptop back atleast repaired, they took one month and not even repaired it. Initially they claimed we could do it in a day.
