Sir, Myself Rajesh Prasad S/o Swami Nath Prasad had taken admission in a college Noida Institute Of Management Studies (NIMS),Sector-62 for BBA(Bechelor in Business Administration)At the time of admission they told me that it is a regular college for specified module under Shobit University.I had paid complete fee for first semester i.e., 35000/-.But before taking classes I came to know that it was neither a regular program nor a college Shobit University.After talking with college management they refused to pay any money and said “WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE”.

Sir, I want my whole money back as I have to take admission in another college or my whole 1 year will be wasted.
