I have ordered some stuff and there were issues with the delivery. So, I had to go and pick up my stuff and when I raised this issue with Amazon people, they promised me full refund. Its been almost a month and even after calling, they are not ready to refund and ignoring mails as well. I have the promise of refund in mail from their people.
I want monetary compensation around Rs.25,000 as my main motto is to teach them a lesson as they just cant make any promise and get away like this.
