I called costumer care with a problem at 11 am. they said they’ll call back in 2 hours. I calld again at 3 pm, they said they’ll get back very soon. I called back at 5 pm, they said my request is being processed. At 7.30, they said within 8 pm, definitely. It’s almost 8.30 pm now. nothing.
