Sir/Ma’am, i had placed an order on shopcart18.com on 09/01/2014 at 10:33 PM. Order ID is 5349. Order amount-229.00. Since than, i have not received any response from there side. So, i want to file this complaint against them as i think that they may be some fraud company. I have even tried to call there mobile number but they do not pick my phone also i have mailed them many times and they have not responded to me. So, please help me. Also, i have chosen complaint brand as one stop shop retailers pvt. ltd. as there is no option of shopcart18 avilable.

I want Rs. 229 refunded to my bank account plus some compensation for wasting my time.
