I purchased an Anti-Virus sold by Raza Enterprises on Shop Clues. The merchant sent a drop box link to download the product and also sent the serial key to me and 200 other users which he marked as cc in the same mail. Quite obvious this version of the software is not valid and he is cheating us.

This has resulted in a damage of Rs.139 to me and the other users (Rs.139*200=Rs.27800) plus a loss in the brand name of AVG which is not correct. Also this guy violated privacy policies by sharing all the email addresses which is against the rules of solicitation.

I have cancelled the order on ship clues but I want strict action against this vendor.
