I purchased a ME Tablet from HCL and within 4 days of its purchase i found that the product was completely a damaged 1 with its pcb all damaged, sound system not functioning properly, bad touch, sd slot with a problem etc etc. i have been constantly taking it to the srvc centre but no permanent solution has been taken for me. i last submitted my tab on 23rd October but even after constantly calling them and mailing my tab has not been repaired and returned. i then requested for refund many times yet no action has been taken by them

i request you to please help me get the refund. Please
