I have used service of “MARUTI HOME RELOCATIONS (PACKERS & MOVERS)” for shifting of my household luggage on 25 Dec 2013 and car on 29 Dec 2013 from Bangalore to Allahabad.Narayan sharma promised that his persons will come for unloading, he charged 10000 only for unloading at Allahabad. After a lot of following he delivered the luggage on 10 Jan, that too in very damaged condition and some of the luggage boxes were missing. My double bed, tables, glass watches, sofa all were in severe damaged conditions. He did`nt sent his persons for unloading. Then I only employed some local labors and got it unloaded. He has not yet delivered my Car,Daily I am calling this fellow 40-50 times, but he is not picking calls. He blackmailed me for transferring entire amount to his account for sending car, on 18 Jan 2014 i have even transferred the entire amount(20000), even then he is not telling me the status. Everyday I am calling him 30-40 times, then he gives some date…but till now I haven`t received my car. I have paid the entire amount, following are the details: 1. Booking advance of 8,000/- in cash. 2. ICICI Bank Cheque of Rs 36103/- after loading of my luggage on 25 dec 2013.(details attached) 3. Cash of Rs 6000/- after deliver of my damaged luggage & some missing items on 4 Jan 2014. 4. NEFT transfer of Rs 20,000/- on 15 Jan 2014 (details attached), after Narayan Sharma blackmailed that after sending money only he will deliver the car.

1. I want my car back. 2. Compensation of Rs 25,000/- for delay in delivery of car, as i handed over my car on 29 dec 2013 and till now there are no where about. 3. Compensation of Rs 35,000/- for my damaged & missing luggage.
