SBI advertised for a space to open a new branch on 29.04.10. Last date for submission for offer from interested persons was 15.05.2010.I applied as bidder. And SBI verbally asked to go ahead and a huge amount was expensed. But SBI selected a space and a person who did not apply at that time and the land was purchased a long after 24.10.2011. Please find the attachment that has been delivered from SBI through RTI.

I want SBI should maintain rules and regulation and compensate me.
