On 15/08/2014, I have ordered a TV brand, Micromax 32T4200HD 32 inches LED TV, by paying Rs. 14,477 from shopclues.com, order no. 18429739. On 20/08/2014, the product is delivered. Same day when I unpack the product and opend the box, I find that the screen is broken in the top middle position. Within an hour I took the picture of the broken screen and registered the return request on the shopclues site ticket no. 1043248. On 25/08/2014, I have received a mail asking me to provide images of the outer box, highlighting the box condition at the time of delivery, So Same day I have sent them the images also. On 26/08/2014, I have received a mail (we have forwarded your concern to the merchant and once we will receive an update we will inform you. It usually takes 3-4 business days, however, due to non–availability of merchant, it might take 1-2 days longer.) Now already 10 days over and no further status or communication has been done from shopclues.com. So my request is to kindly look into this matter as earliest, as Rs. 14,477 is a big amount for me, I want the full refund or replacement of product.
