I bought a SIM card of Phone no. 846001xxxx from this vendor on 19/08/2014. it’s been 12 days but the sim has not been activated yet. I have called and complained hundered of times. No one respond to my query.They just keep giving me new mobile numbers but still nobody rectify the problem. They just keep on lying that it will be done in an hour but to no avail. They have now started to not pick up my call. I have called them from other numbers and caught them red-handed, ignoring my complaint and they are then speechless.

I want my no. to be activated as soon as possible with the requisite plan that is rs 199 + taxes. I want a compensation in which no charges would be levied on me for this SIM card. for three months. I also want a refund of the money i have wasted/spent by calling and complaining , i.e. Rs 300.
